fix: rename the remaining code mode-value prose found in review
...
The subagent review found stale code mode-value prose the mechanical pass
missed: tools and agent-tool-presentation READMEs (en/zh), the CLI reference
page (DSH_TOOLS_MODE and the preset roster), the zh tool catalog, the
execute JSDoc and collapse comments in dsh-tools, the codeModeHarness
helper in agent-loop tests, and stale code-mode titles in ptc.spec.

fix: align mode-value prose and stale persistent mentions with the split

The split kept the session-persistent vocabulary (tool/code-dispatch*,
tools-code-mode, :code:) on this PR, but several prose surfaces still named
the new values: the zh persistence/tool catalogs, the renamed Agent Notes'
event mentions, spill-policy comments, and a garbled 're-enPTC mode'
replacement. Also rename the mode value to ptc in the places the rename
missed (tools and agent-tool-presentation READMEs, the Config JSDoc, note
mode unions) and the codeModeHarness* e2e helpers.

rename code-mode to ptc (PTC mode), except session-persistent vocabulary

Rename the tool-presentation transport from code-mode to ptc everywhere
that is not written into session logs: the mode config value becomes 'ptc',
the preset directory/id becomes ptc, the demo becomes demo:ptc, the
dispatch waterfall becomes tools/ptc-dispatch-log (types PtcDispatch*), the
prompt rule becomes tools:ptc-only, source/test files become ptc.ts etc.,
and prose says PTC mode / PTC 模式. The session-persistent vocabulary
(durable events tool/code-dispatch*, logged plugin name tools-code-mode,
sub-call id segment :code:) intentionally stays and moves in the stacked
persistence PR, which is blocked until the SESSION_FORMAT_VERSION v0→v1
migration lands with it. run_code, its code parameter, CodeSdkLanguage,
CodeRunFailedError, the dsh-code-runtime family, third-party codex names,
and frozen archived notes keep their names.

fix: name run_code's required description argument in its model-facing prose
...
The transport schema requires both `code` and `description`, but the tool
description and both SDK instruction flavors described the call as passing a
program. `description` was reachable only through the parameter schema, so a
model following the prose emitted `{code}` alone and lost the whole written
program to an INVALID_ARGS rejection.
The length and format guidance stays in RUN_CODE_DESCRIPTION_PARAM_DESCRIPTION
alone, so the schema and the prompt cannot drift.

...
list_agents called a storage-only continuable child 'complete', inviting
parents to poll it for a result that will never appear there. Rename the
status to 'ready' — resumable, not terminal — and rewrite the tool
description to say a parent is told when a child finishes, so listing is
for recall, not polling.

A continuable child could finish without giving its parent a usable
result: the report tool was described as optional and its default
delivery stayed quiet. Install the child-scoped report obligation (tool
description plus the tool:report prompt section), default reportDelivery
to wakeup, bind shipped subagent_fork delegations to one-shot so fork
keeps its prefix reuse, and extend the ACP snapshot harness to pin child
system prompts alongside child tool schemas.

feat(fs): add a minimal read_image tool over the attachment and fs seams
...
The model reads a PNG/JPEG/WebP/GIF file, the bytes commit through the
durable attachment lifecycle, and the tool result carries the real
ImageBlock so the image enters context from the next request onward.
FileSystem gains a bounded readBytes primitive (local + E2B providers);
registration is conditional on the attachment store, and a strict
execution gate refuses routes that do not declare image input, so a
text route's durable history stays free of image blocks. llm-replay
models may declare inputModalities, letting keyless ACP snapshots pin
both the sha256-referenced success and the verbatim refusal.
Supersedes the withdrawn route-scoped design of PR #598 ; the decision
record is .agents/notes/implemented/feature/2026-08-10-minimal-read-image-tool.md.

Master's bilingual-generated-docs policy pairs the five generated catalogs;
mirror the purge's regenerated English (ConPTY note, hooks TODO wording,
thinking-format and SurfaceOp JSDoc, doc-graphs templates) into their
reviewed zh sides and re-record. Condense the evidence-citation clause and
raise the docs/AGENTS.md ceiling 1320→1335: master's seam-trio definition
and this PR's review-mandated evidence rule land in the same window.
