The message-feedback note editor previously expanded inline inside the
assistant message's shared IconActions row, overflowing the row at every
viewport and pushing the branch action and the clock out of the column.
Rework it into a portable popover: the note editor is a fixed-position panel
portaled to document.body and anchored to the note trigger, so the row keeps
its single 28px line whether the editor is open or not and the panel escapes
the column's overflow clip.
The like/dislike buttons and the note trigger stay in the row unchanged; the
trigger toggles the popover (textarea + Save/Cancel + note-save failure) which
auto-focuses the input and closes on Escape or an outside click, returning
focus to the trigger. Rating/list-load failures surface in the row, note-save
failures inside the popover. Reuse the Menu portal surface tokens and add
@types/react-dom so the createPortal usage typechecks.
Layout e2e sweeps six viewports and pins that opening the editor leaves the
row's overflow, line count, and out-of-column items unchanged, and that the
panel is outside the column, within the viewport, and anchored to its trigger.
Unit tests cover the popover's portal-to-body, toggle, Escape/outside-click
dismissal, and unmount early-returns.
react, react-dom, shiki, katex, clsx, the micromark and mdast families and nine
more reach only browser artifacts, which resolve nothing on a user's machine.
Moving 79 declarations out of dependencies and non-optional peerDependencies
drops 103 tarballs and 6.05 MB from an install of the published CLI.

Every release member now declares publishConfig.access: public, so the scope no
longer mixes levels: the 221 packages/*/* and apps/* manifests join the vendored
framework and the native packages.
check-workspace-constraints drops the per-sequence expectation and holds every
release member to public, which is what stops a member from drifting back.
Access is a property of the package, not of a version: the dsh packages already
published as restricted become world-readable at their next publication.
The grep, glob, and web_search tool rows all rendered as "Search" with
the same magnifier icon, so a transcript full of local searches was
indistinguishable from web searches. Grep and glob now carry their own
command-named titles through TOOL_TITLES, and the web_search row wears
a new globe glyph (IconGlobeOutline14) while keeping its "Search" title.
A test file under packages/client now says which face it covers:
`*.client.spec.{ts,tsx}` and its `*.client.{ts,tsx}` helpers belong to the
Client aggregate, `*.host.spec.ts` to the host aggregate. The carrier's four

control inside the thumbnail, revealed on hover/focus (always on touch);
hidden-scrollbar rail overflow paged by edge arrows with wheel panning and
end-reveal on add; image-intake rejections and prompt failures announce as a
transient top-center toast instead of inline strips.
The attachment atoms move to a new zero-cordis package
@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-attachment (rail, message gallery, lightbox),
seeded as a platform module; the toast is a ui-primitives atom. Strings
arrive as label props bridged from the conversation dictionary.
The bubble clamped horizontally and did nothing vertically, so a long
label under an anchor low on the page ran off the bottom. Preset cards
made that the common case: custom presets sit at the end of the roster
and carry the longest descriptions.
A `top` or `bottom` bubble now flips to the other side, and only into a
side that genuinely fits — an anchor with room on neither keeps the
requested placement rather than oscillating. Sliding the bubble
vertically instead would cover the text being read.
A preset publishes its own description, of any length, and `.cards` sizes
rows with `grid-auto-rows: 1fr` — which makes every implicit row the same
height, not just the row holding the tall card. One long description
therefore set the height of the whole roster.
The description now clamps to four lines and offers the rest through the
shared Tooltip, attached only while the element actually overflows. Card
height stays derived: with the description bounded, `grid-auto-rows: 1fr`
already equalizes, and a card carrying the broken-preset reason or a
revealed path still sizes itself.
Tooltip gains an optional `maxWidth`; its default half-viewport cap
renders a description wider than the settings dialog it belongs to.
The failed-shape-check badge reads "Failed to load" rather than "Broken":
discovery reports a composition that is missing, unreadable, or malformed,
which overstates as damage.

1504 hand-written ranges pointing at workspace members become workspace:^, so
pnpm pack substitutes each member's real version at publication: sibling
peerDependencies follow the family version instead of being pinned at ^0.0.1,
and a reference to a vendored package follows that package's own line. Without
this, publishing 0.0.2 ships peer ranges naming a version that does not exist,
and 0.0.1-rc.1 does not satisfy ^0.0.1 either.
It also retires ranges that had gone stale against the workspace: ^4.0.0-rc.6
for a 4.0.0-rc.7 checkout, ^3.17.0 for schemastery 3.18.0.
workspace:* stays where an exact published version is the point, which is how
the Landlock entry pins its platform packages.
A workspace constraint now requires the protocol, so a new package cannot
reintroduce a hand-written range. The same constraint caught packages/boot/cmdline
arriving on master without the publishable trio, which this change completes.
Every package under packages/, apps/, and vendor/ drops "private": true and
declares publishConfig.access "restricted": the repository now states which
packages it publishes instead of deciding it at publish time. Each one also
declares its repository and directory, which is how a consumer of a private
package reaches its source.
The Landlock packages move to restricted with them. They have never been
published, so nothing anonymous depends on them today, and the whole
@deepseek-ai scope stays private.
The workspace constraint that required every package to be private now applies
to non-members only, and asserts the publishable trio on each release member.
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.
Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
