Remove dead design-session citations, change narration, indexical
stamps, and review-adjacent justification found by the
dsh-trim-cot-leakage recall batteries in prose that landed after the
last purge. Bilingual README pairs are re-recorded.

refactor(session-projection): checkpoint every projection unit uniformly
...
Drop the persist?: boolean opt-in: every unit's state — client-visible and
host-only alike — is now written to the projection cache. A unit can no
longer silently skip the durable cache, host-only units no longer need an
explicit flag to participate in cold restore, and the persist-sharing
conflict check disappears with the field.
- ProjectionDefinition/ErasedDefinition lose persist; register overloads
simplify; checkpoint/restoreFloor/restore fold every registered unit.
- Registry and cache tests drop the persist:true fixtures and the
persistence-policy sharing test.
- READMEs and the state-and-client-views note record the uniform rule;
cordis API catalog and subsystem signatures regenerated.

build(release): publish the dsh family publicly

Every release member now declares publishConfig.access: public, so the scope no
longer mixes levels: the 221 packages/*/* and apps/* manifests join the vendored
framework and the native packages.
check-workspace-constraints drops the per-sequence expectation and holds every
release member to public, which is what stops a member from drifting back.
Access is a property of the package, not of a version: the dsh packages already
published as restricted become world-readable at their next publication.

review: address ds-review-bot findings on session-stats
...
- stateVersion starts at 1: the package is new, no persisted rows predate it
- pendingCalls pairs by own key so a provider callId naming a prototype
property cannot fold toolMs to NaN on an unmatched crash-recovery result
- StatsLine folds the window fallback only when no sessionStats value is
served, and gates the token group on actual token activity instead of
steps, so failed-only sessions drop the zero-token group
- correct the crash-step counting semantics in the README and Agent Note:
recovery closes interrupted steps with a synthetic step/end on reload
- reword the window-scoped alternative as a plain rejected option and name
isTokenDelta's home beside the StreamChunk type
