Run the dsh-archive-agent-notes audit over every active Agent Note on
current master, judging each record by whether its rationale still guides
work rather than by size or age.
- Archive 453 implemented bilingual triplets (417,882 English words):
completed UI chrome, narrow adapters, closed bug fixes, implementation
walkthroughs whose package READMEs, docs pages, generators, or successor
notes now carry the useful behavior, and 51 records fully superseded by
a later active note. Keep 201 implemented notes whose ownership rules,
negative guarantees, durable or wire semantics, security rules,
reintroduction conditions, or still-tempting rejected alternatives
remain useful.
- Reject 7 proposals whose premise is gone or whose work shipped in
amended form under other records; delete 2 rejected notes that no
longer prevent a plausible mistake.
- Retarget every remaining inbound link to the archived path, and repair
active prose that named an archived record as the owner of a live fact:
parenthetical citations drop, ownership sentences redirect to the
README, docs page, or active note that states the fact, and history
citations say so. Chinese files link the English archived path because
the pairing gate treats the frozen tree as outside the bilingual corpus.
- Seal 1,359 new frozen artifacts; existing seals are unchanged and
outbound links from archived notes are neither inspected nor repaired.
- Regenerate docs/config-catalog.md after the hook-bridge comment edits
shifted two source line numbers.
Single RemoteError with a merge-extensible, domain-prefixed code map;
owners throw at the failure point; streams surface marked failures;
clients consume ctx.remote directly with isRemoteFailure as the only
discrimination point and construct no failure instances.
Session candidates labelled from projection checkpoints instead of a full
log fold per keystroke, with the uncheckpointed remainder folded once and
memoized while its log stays cold. The file index keeps answering while an
invalidated traversal rebuilds behind the caret, and its default exclusions
now cover build outputs so deep sources stay reachable.
Rows carry only what distinguishes them: a file names its parent directory,
a session names its workspace only when that workspace is not the current
one, and a drilled listing names none because its new breadcrumb does.

A directory row in the @ menu had one verb doing two jobs: picking it
inserted literal @dir/ text and kept the menu open, so a user wanting
the folder itself never got a settled entity — the token kept its
trigger character and stayed editable, nothing like a file's atomic
chip.
Split the intents on the same row, mapped to shell-completion instincts:
row click / Enter settles the directory as an atomic folder chip (the
file chip's exact language; canonical @dir/ mention as its serialized
form — the { insert } arm the folder path never took), while Tab or the
row's trailing chevron drills: literal editable text, menu open on the
children. One new dimension carries it: candidate.drill advertises the
verb, InputTriggerPick.action reports it, ArbitrateKey gains 'tab', and
the keymap intercepts Tab only while a drill row is highlighted.
Covered by controller arbitration, MenuView chevron routing, the
ui-reference verb split, a keymap Tab-passthrough spec, and a real-
browser e2e driving all three gestures; menu golden refreshed for the
chevron and the fixture directory.
A test file under packages/client now says which face it covers:
`*.client.spec.{ts,tsx}` and its `*.client.{ts,tsx}` helpers belong to the
Client aggregate, `*.host.spec.ts` to the host aggregate. The carrier's four
node-half specs take the Host suffix.
The two suffixes are mutually exclusive, so each aggregate excludes the
other's and both keep one broad test glob: `exclude` wins over `include`, and
`packages/client/**` no longer has to be excluded wholesale from the host
program with per-file `files` entries carved back out of it. A Host-face spec
that reaches only Host source therefore needs no cross-face project
reference, which the split-project rule rejects.
vitest still discovers every file through `**/*.spec.{ts,tsx}`.
