Preserve the V3 system-prompt projection while adopting master’s per-agent frozen-message provenance and frontend performance gates. Keep benchmark workload admission and diagnostics fixes intact, and retain both migration and first-open/reopen lifecycle guarantees.
The long-chat builder emitted current V3 with user/message before system/message, so seed restoration rejected its protected head before browser assertions ran. Open the first step and append the system head before the user surface; keep Session-assigned title and tool-result references.
Add an independent seed-reader regression for current version, protected head order, title/tool references and closed turns. Observed protected-head failure before the fix; focused regression and full configured type-aware lint pass. Existing browser scroll assertions are unchanged; full built owner runs follow.
Outline entries gain the turn's final text-bearing assistant preview:
each assistant message overwrites a state draft and turn/end commits
the survivor, matching the loaded rail's findLast semantic; the bare-
array wire keeps its identity across draft changes, so pushes stay at
three per turn. Preview budgets shrink to the rail card's clamps — one
50-character prompt line, up to three 120-character response lines,
ellipsis on clip — on loaded and unloaded turns alike (stateVersion 2
discards v1 cache rows).
A mid-paging landing keeps the jump armed with the target row as its
paging anchor, so later chunks and the load-earlier button's unmount
cannot drift the landing; the loader's completion runs one final
correction unless the reader already scrolled off the target. Adds the
browser contract: full outline ladder, keyboard jump on an unloaded
mark, landing geometry, and rail fades.

The client-bundle preset pins the production/development exports condition
(lexical's node-condition file selects its flavor with a top-level await a
CJS bundle cannot carry); the composer carries an explicit aria-label (a
div's data-placeholder does not name it the way a textarea placeholder
did); READMEs, the composer.bar slot doc, and the Agent Note record the
editor architecture; web e2e drives the contenteditable surface.
The sidebar redesign removed group session counts, collapsed search into a
header action, and moved grouping into the View options menu. Update the
browser scenarios that waited on the old surfaces:
- Wait on the Ungrouped bucket row instead of the removed session-count text.
- Expand the collapsed search control before filling the renamed input.
- Open the View options menu instead of the removed Group by button.
- Assert the persisted grouping under the new dsh.workspace.view.v4 key.
- built-boot: assert the fixture workspace group row instead of its count.
ChatView's bottom-follow recognized only wheel gestures as reader input,
so touch panning, scrollbar dragging, and keyboard paging could not leave
the bottom of a streaming transcript. Replace the wheel listener with
device-agnostic attribution: a scroll position deviating from the
observed-top ledger of the last delivered or written scrollTop is reader
input. Adds keyboard-paging and touch-style fling e2e scenarios (red under
the old implementation) and the bilingual Agent Note triplet.
