Tianyi Cui a7a5be1703 docs(notes): archive low-future-value Agent Notes
Run the dsh-archive-agent-notes audit over every active Agent Note on
current master, judging each record by whether its rationale still guides
work rather than by size or age.

- Archive 453 implemented bilingual triplets (417,882 English words):
completed UI chrome, narrow adapters, closed bug fixes, implementation
walkthroughs whose package READMEs, docs pages, generators, or successor
notes now carry the useful behavior, and 51 records fully superseded by
a later active note. Keep 201 implemented notes whose ownership rules,
negative guarantees, durable or wire semantics, security rules,
reintroduction conditions, or still-tempting rejected alternatives
  remain useful.
- Reject 7 proposals whose premise is gone or whose work shipped in
amended form under other records; delete 2 rejected notes that no
  longer prevent a plausible mistake.
- Retarget every remaining inbound link to the archived path, and repair
active prose that named an archived record as the owner of a live fact:
parenthetical citations drop, ownership sentences redirect to the
README, docs page, or active note that states the fact, and history
citations say so. Chinese files link the English archived path because
the pairing gate treats the frozen tree as outside the bilingual corpus.
- Seal 1,359 new frozen artifacts; existing seals are unchanged and
outbound links from archived notes are neither inspected nor repaired.
- Regenerate docs/config-catalog.md after the hook-bridge comment edits
  shifted two source line numbers.

Yichen Jiang 26a8e6a555 feat(atomic-write): state the writer-lock wait limit per call
How long a contender waits is a property of the operation the lock holder
runs, not of the write protocol. The 2s default was sized for the
render-and-rename cycle every call site had; a credential mutation that
refreshes an expired token performs a network round trip while holding the
lock, and leaving the default in place would fail every other writer of that
file for the duration.

`withFileLock` takes an optional `waitMs`; the retry cadence stays fixed
because it governs how often a contender asks, which no caller varies. Every
existing call site keeps the default.

imccyu 8c1e8d9890 build(release): publish the dsh family publicly
Every release member now declares publishConfig.access: public, so the scope no
longer mixes levels: the 221 packages/*/* and apps/* manifests join the vendored
framework and the native packages.

check-workspace-constraints drops the per-sequence expectation and holds every
release member to public, which is what stops a member from drifting back.

Access is a property of the package, not of a version: the dsh packages already
published as restricted become world-readable at their next publication.

imccyu 2c85c484d3 build(release): reference workspace members through the workspace protocol
1504 hand-written ranges pointing at workspace members become workspace:^, so
pnpm pack substitutes each member's real version at publication: sibling
peerDependencies follow the family version instead of being pinned at ^0.0.1,
and a reference to a vendored package follows that package's own line. Without
this, publishing 0.0.2 ships peer ranges naming a version that does not exist,
and 0.0.1-rc.1 does not satisfy ^0.0.1 either.

It also retires ranges that had gone stale against the workspace: ^4.0.0-rc.6
for a 4.0.0-rc.7 checkout, ^3.17.0 for schemastery 3.18.0.

workspace:* stays where an exact published version is the point, which is how
the Landlock entry pins its platform packages.

A workspace constraint now requires the protocol, so a new package cannot
reintroduce a hand-written range. The same constraint caught packages/boot/cmdline
arriving on master without the publishable trio, which this change completes.

imccyu 97eb14a007 build(release): make the release set publishable under the private scope
Every package under packages/, apps/, and vendor/ drops "private": true and
declares publishConfig.access "restricted": the repository now states which
packages it publishes instead of deciding it at publish time. Each one also
declares its repository and directory, which is how a consumer of a private
package reaches its source.

The Landlock packages move to restricted with them. They have never been
published, so nothing anonymous depends on them today, and the whole
@deepseek-ai scope stays private.

The workspace constraint that required every package to be private now applies
to non-members only, and asserts the publishable trio on each release member.

imccyu ec601ca13d build(vendor): rescope the vendored Cordis packages into @deepseek-ai
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.

Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.

The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.

Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.

Yichen Jiang 54c60f4079 fix(llm, settings): refuse post-disposal route replacement and teardown notifications
Two lifecycle holes the registry and the consumer helper left open.

`AdapterRegistrationHandle.replace` had no liveness guard: after the handle's
disposer ran, a replace put routes back into the registry with nothing left to
release them, so the adapter leaked permanently. `owned` being empty cannot
carry that fact, because `replace([])` is the legal empty-section state, so the
disposer records it explicitly.

`installSettingsSection`'s watcher lacked the guard its own disposer carries:
a stored change landing while the consumer unloads reached `onChange`, which
re-registers routes against a fiber whose resources are being released.

Also documents `withFileLock` in the atomic-write README (it claimed one
export), records the age-based lock takeover as a known limitation, and lists
ctx.settings and ctx.credentials in the architecture capability table.

Yichen Jiang 90c3118302 fix(credentials-local): one operation chain, read-modify-write under the shared writer lock, and a quote-aware line editor
Review round three, credentials half. dsh-atomic-write grows the
cross-process writer-lock primitive (withFileLock: wx sentinel, bounded
backoff, stale takeover via onStaleBreak, deadline failure) plus a dirMode
option, and settings-local migrates its private copy to it; both providers
now create harness-home directories 0700.

credentials-local reuses the reviewed settings-local shape: watcher
reloads and line edits share one settled operation chain; every write
re-reads the document under the lock and publishes unobserved external
entries before editing, so an edit inside the debounce window (or another
process's write) can never be overwritten; the watcher's ready signal
queues one reconcile closing the startup gap.

The line editor is now physical-line aware: continuation lines of a
quoted multi-line value are never mistaken for assignments, untouched
lines keep their exact bytes (CRLF included), an edited line keeps its
own terminator, and appends use the document's dominant ending. A
multi-line entry reports writable: false, matching what set() would do.

The Credentials base class owns a contained notifyUpdated fan-out:
providers publish only after the commit, every listener runs, sync throws
and async rejections are logged without failing the committed write, and
INVARIANT-coded failures rethrow after the fan-out.
