The subagent review found stale code mode-value prose the mechanical pass missed: tools and agent-tool-presentation READMEs (en/zh), the CLI reference page (DSH_TOOLS_MODE and the preset roster), the zh tool catalog, the execute JSDoc and collapse comments in dsh-tools, the codeModeHarness helper in agent-loop tests, and stale code-mode titles in ptc.spec.
